Terms of service

Hyrefly is operated by DevSecEngOps (DevSecEngOps), registered in India. By creating an account on hyreflyai.com you accept these terms. If you don't, don't create one.

A place to build one structured professional profile, and to turn it into a live portfolio at hyreflyai.com/your-name and an ATS-friendly PDF resume. Depending on your plan you also get multiple portfolios, a custom domain, ATS checks against job descriptions, portfolio-view analytics, and discoverability by recruiters on Hyrefly.

This section exists because over-promising is how career platforms lose people's trust. So, plainly:

• We do not guarantee you a job, an interview, or a shortlist. Hyrefly makes you presentable and findable. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us. Any claim you see that Hyrefly places students is wrong.
• We do not guarantee an ATS score or that a particular employer's system will parse your resume a certain way. Our ATS check is an informed assessment, not a verdict from the employer's actual software.
• AI output is a draft. Suggestions and scores come from language models and can be wrong. Read what it produces before you send it anywhere with your name on it.
• Analytics are best-effort. “Which company viewed you” only resolves when the visitor is on a corporate network. Most anonymous views cannot be attributed, and we'd rather say so than invent a name.
• We do not promise uninterrupted service. We work to keep hyreflyai.com up and will tell you when something is broken.

• Give us accurate details. A profile that misrepresents your education or experience isn't a portfolio, it's a liability — for you first.
• Your login is yours. Keep it that way, and tell us if you think it's been compromised.
• One person, one account. Institute and recruiter accounts are separate types with their own approval step.
• If you signed up through an institute, an administrator there may need to approve you before your account is fully active.

You own everything you put in — your text, your images, your projects, your resume. You give us only the licence we need to operate the product: to store your content, render it into the portfolio and resume formats you choose, and serve the pages you publish. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to advertise to anyone else.

Using Hyrefly to do any of the following ends your account:

• Impersonating someone else, or claiming degrees, employers or certifications that aren't yours.
• Uploading content you don't have the rights to, or that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or harassing.
• Malware, phishing pages, or anything that abuses the hosting we give you — a published portfolio is for your professional work.
• Scraping, load-testing, or reverse-engineering the service, or circumventing plan limits.

• The core product is free. Paid tiers are optional, priced in INR, and shown to you before you pay.
• There is no auto-renewal. Nothing recurring is set up on your card. When a plan's period ends it simply ends, and you decide whether to buy again. Cancelling means not renewing — you don't have to find a hidden switch.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see your card, UPI or banking credentials.
• When a paid period lapses, features above the free tier stop and a portfolio beyond your free allowance may be unpublished. Your data is not deleted — buy again and it comes back.
• Refunds and cancellation are covered on the refunds page.

You can stop using Hyrefly at any time, unpublish your portfolio, and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We may suspend an account that breaks section 6, or that we're legally required to suspend — we'll tell you why, and give you a chance to respond unless doing so would be unlawful or dangerous.

Hyrefly is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim — and if you're on the free tier, that's zero. We are not liable for lost opportunities, lost offers, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before that, write to support@hyreflyai.com — nearly everything is faster to fix that way.

We'll update the date at the top when these terms change, and email account holders if a change materially affects them. Continuing to use Hyrefly after that means you accept the new version.
